Sims 4 Worlds: Granite Falls

Please note I'm currently working on the new site. I didn't want to take the site offline though, so you can still visit it. However me working on the site while it's still online means a lot of the pages will appear wonky. But not to worry, it won't take too long. Happy

The Sims 4: Granite Falls world

Take your Sims on a vacation to experience the clear skies and piney mountain air! Pitch your tent, explore the woods, and experience the wonders of nature…like a Sim in a bear suit?

The Sims 4: Granite Falls world neighbourhood #1

Neighbourhood #1 (Campground)

  1. Rental - Campground (30x20) §11,715 / §111 per day (empty lot: §2,000 / §16 per day)
  2. Rental - Lakeside Retreat (40x30) §92,385 / §893 per day (empty lot: §2,500 / §21 per day)
  3. Rental - Forest Hideaway (40x30) §65,877 / §635 per day (empty lot: §2,500 / §21 per day)
  4. Rental - Riverside Retreat (30x20) §29,656 / §282 per day (empty lot: §2,000 / §16 per day)
  5. Rental - Green Getaway (30x20) §41,419 / §397 per day (empty lot: §2,000 / §16 per day)

All of the above lots are Rental lots. You can't buy them, but I wanted to show the lot value anyway.

The Sims 4: Granite Falls world neighbourhood #2

Neighbourhood #2 (Granite Falls National Park)

  1. National Park - Granite Falls Forest (50x50) §112,256 / §1,085 per day (empty lot: §25,000 / §239 per day)

The Granite Falls Forest lot is a National Park, which means you can't go camping there. If you change the lot type to Rental, you'd have to pay §1,085 per day, making it the most expensive rental lot in all of Granite Falls. Bulldozing the entire lot changes the daily rent to §239.
