Anyone looking forward to Island Paradise yet? Well I am. I really can't wait anymore. I'm definitely in a summer and beach mood. And it didn't really help that I was going to write a review about the Nautical Living set that was recently released in The Sims 3 Store. Yeah, I had to buy that set. And it's so perfect for beachy homes! So, if you like the furniture in this cute little house, you will need to buy Nautical Living! Furthermore I used fencing from The Sims 3 University Life. I think you can install the house without these items but a small warning, it will look nothing like the house in the pictures without those items. Don't say I didn't warn you.
As always download at your own risk. The house has been tested thoroughly and checked for bad content. It's safe on my end, so it should be safe on yours.
